DJIBOUTI, Africa (June 7, 2007) – Capt. John Heckmann and Capt. Robert Fahey render a salute during a change-of-command ceremony. The ceremony marked an end to Fahey's tour of duty. Fahey, who took command as Commander, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) in July of 2006, was the first Navy officer for the camp.
