CAMP RAMADI, Iraq (April 25, 2007) - Navy Chaplain, Lt. Peter Ott, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 lends a hand filling sandbags for various construction projects. NMCB-4 is on a six-month deployment to Ramadi, Iraq in support of Maritime Security Operations and the global war on terrorism.
