Norfolk, Va. (Oct.17, 2006) - The Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) man the rails as it pulls into port at Naval Station Norfolk. James E. Williams and a crew of over 300 Sailors conducted anti-piracy operations off the coast of Somalia during their maiden deployment as part of the Maritime Security Operations.
