Dyess welcomes back bomber squadron
DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas (AFPN) -- A lot of make up time began for 279 members of the 9th Bomb Squadron that returned to this base today from a deployment to Southwest Asia.The squadron deployed to a desert base and joined the 40th Air Expeditionary Group in its support of operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
