San Diego (Aug. 28, 2006) - Quartermaster 1st Class Rhonda Aubert, assigned to Inshore Boat Unit Five One (IBU-51), stands forward gunner watch on a control boat in the San Diego Harbor in support of Exercise Seahawk 2006. The exercise is a combination of anti-terrorism and force protection training involving units from U.S. Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). In January, the Navy created the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, bringing EOD, Naval Coastal Warfare, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support functions and the Seabees under one umbrella. NECC integrates all war fighting requirements for expeditionary combat and combat support elements. Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Jennifer A. Villalovos
