Marines Enhance Relationships in Iraq

Marines of 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 3rd Civil Affairs Group and U.S. Army soldiers speak to a water facility owner in Sadiquiyah, Iraq, Aug. 18, 2006.
