Vladivostok, Russia (July 4, 2006) - Commander, U.S. Seventh Fleet, Vice Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, lower-right, salutes alongside his Russian counterparts during a wreath laying ceremony held at the Russian Navy Pacific War Memorial. The amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) and the embarked staff of Commander, U.S. Seventh Fleet are currently in Vladivostok to foster camaraderie between the U.S. and Russian navies and allow Blue Ridge and Seventh Fleet Sailors the opportunity to experience Russian culture.
