The Department of Pastoral Services at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center , wrote to the Soldiers Angels today:

"Backpacks and tennis shoes are what we need right now. Shorts are another item we need with it warming up here."

A lot of soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines who are airlifted to Landstuhl from Iraq or Afghanistan arrive with only the clothes on their backs.

Here in Germany is now summer and the LRMC Chaplain's Office ask for following donations:
backpacks, duffel bags, shorts: M, L, XL, XXL and tennis shoes: all sizes.
