Colorado Springs, Colorado and Bellevue, Nebraska, June 14, 2006: Talking with Heroes Talk Show announces the guest list for the Talk Show that will broadcast LIVE over the Talking with Heroes Internet Radio Network on June 18, 2006. Talking with Heroes is not about politics. It is a Talk Show that gives our men and women in the military a forum to share their mostly untold experiences while serving and helping the people in Iraq, Afghanistan and in other areas of the world in which they serve.

The Talking with Heroes Talk Show airs Live on Sunday evenings at 7pm (CST). This Special One Hour Talking with Heroes Broadcast will also air LIVE across the Internet starting at 4:30p.m. (CST).

The June 18, 2006 Talking with Heroes Talk Show will take place before the Concert at Offutt Air Force Base Featuring Night Wing the country/rock showcase group of the USAF Heartland of America Band.

Talking with Heroes HOST Bob Calvert will interview members of Night Wing. Night Wing is the country/rock showcase group of the USAF Heartland of America Band. Their music stretches from the hottest new country and alternative charts to rock-n-roll classics. Whether for a military function, community concert or a high school assembly, variety best describes this group's performance.

Several members of Night Wing were part of the Desert Band, an Air Force musical unit deployed throughout the entire area of responsibility during Operation Desert Shield. Night Wing also had the distinct pleasure of working with the late John Denver in a nationally televised Welcome Home Desert Storm Celebration, which was enjoyed by more than 200,000 people. In March of 2006, Night Wing deployed to the desert once again in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Their mission was to take a message of support to our troops who work tirelessly to defend the cause of freedom for those who are forced to live under oppression. They logged over 75 hours in the air covering 24,000 miles while performing 37 concerts in 15 performance days.Also to be interviewed on this Talking with Heroes Talk Show broadcast will be:

John F. Hansen President of the Offutt Advisory Council. John F. Hansen is a Land Developer and owner of Century 21 Hansen Realty in Bellevue and Papillion, Nebraska. He is a former military dependent and has lived in the Bellevue/Offutt Community for 40 years. Megan Lucas and John Hansen will talk about the Bellevue Area Community ongoing support of the men and women serving at Offutt Air Force Base.
