ABC Looking for The Real Story...

ABC NEWS would like to hear directly from Coalition Forces who are working in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa. In a recent question and answer segment with ABC NEWS' audience, the American people expressed a keen interest to learn more about what is going on at the front lines of helping rebuild democracy in the area. What work is being done? How do the locals treat the soldiers and Marines? Are we making a difference?

Do you follow the media coverage of the war? Do you think there are areas or facets of the war that the media isn't covering or isn't covering well?

ABC NEWS has created a place on our website for a direct dialogue with troops where first hand experiences can be shared. For reasons of security, logistics, and manpower we unfortunately cannot be in all the locations where our troops are operating. Your selected stories and photos can be published and shared with viewers.

This is a place where your personal experiences, successes or frustrations can be explained. If we need clarification or follow up, we may try to contact you. By hearing from you first hand, we hope to get a more accurate picture of your service and the impact it's having.
