Atlantic Ocean (March 1, 2006) - Machinery Repairman 2nd Class Anthony Crosen monitors a milling machine in the machine shop aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). The milling machine is being used to manufacture safety brackets for a Close In Weapon System (CIWS). George Washington underway is conducting carrier qualifications and shipboard training.
