Where Am I?

OK, folks - it's that time again.

I am travelling again, so it's time for you to guess where!

First two to guess correctly this month get a copy of Cliff Knizley's CD - Boots in Baghdad: a tribute to our troops. Great music to keep, give as a gift, or send to an adopted Hero!

The city I'm in is part of the U.S. Coast Guard's 9th District. Units from here are responsible for environmental response, vessel inspections, and waterway management on the world's 13th largest natural lake.

The city shares its name with a U.S. Navy amphibious transport dock which provided nearly 300 tons of relief supplies to victims of last fall's Pakistan earthquake.

It's also the docking site of the last WW II Fleet Submarine to retain her original configuration (designated a National Historic landmark):

So, Where am I??

P.S. - Belated congratulations to Margaret and April, who won the last "Where am I" contest (I was in Columbus, OH), and got themselves GI Bracelets.

UPDATE: Bryan has correctly guessed that I am in Cleveland, OH - Congratulations, Bryan. I have one more CD to give away, so here's the bonus round:

How many (total) torpedoes did the USS Cod (pictured above - right again, Bryan!) fire during her WWII patrols?

First correct answer in the comments section gets the CD.

UPDATE 2: And Margaret is two for two, correctly responding that in her seven WWII patrols, the USS Cod fired 122 torpedoes, scoring 39 hits. For more on the USS Cod, go here.
