San Diego (Feb. 13, 2005) – Sailors assigned to the “Seahawks” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Four One (HSM-41) stand in formation to commemorate 130,000 “Class A” mishap free flight hours. “Class A” mishaps are any mishap resulting in total cost of reportable material property damage of $1 million or more; or an injury or occupational illness resulting in a fatality or permanent total disability.
