Chula Vista, Calif. (Nov. 12, 2005) – U.S. Navy Builder 3rd Class Mark Micks of Fredericksburg, Ohio, and Aviation Machinist’s Mate 1st Class Jamie Garcia of Englepass, Texas, participate in a track clinic at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif.
